How to Use

1. You can first adjust the length to match your height by using the knob.
2. Fix your feet on the leg holders (the leg holders are fixed).
3. Armpit top on both sides of the sponge support, shoulder lever adjustable.
4. Pull the right adjustment lever to start the stretch.
5. Push the right adjustment lever to end the stretch.
